COVID-19 & Delivery Timeframes
A message for our current and future Tymber Gear Customers.
As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, disruptions to delivery channels will occur.
As per our shipping policy, the majority of our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment centres in Asia while some are fulfilled in Australia based on stock levels. Our fulfillment centres are completely operational and the processing times of orders on the whole have not been impacted.
Due to global restrictions/cancellations on flight travel and the availability of flights the movement of trade and physical products has been impacted, which means there could be delays to the delivery of your order. While most delays are minor, some might not be, resulting in a delay of up to 5-25 business days on top of normal shipping time frames. Our logistics partners, including Aus Post, are trying their best to move items as quickly as possible. Product pages that have a 'Local Stock' message will not be impacted by the above delays.
Please also be aware that there might be some delays at customs due to increased clearance levels and additional security measures.
We are providing significant discounts on our products due to these unprecedented delays.
