A message for our current and future Tymber Gear Customers. 

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, disruptions to delivery channels will occur. 

As per our shipping policy, the majority of our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment centres in Asia while some are fulfilled in Australia based on stock levels. Our fulfillment centres are completely operational and the processing times of orders on the whole have not been impacted. 

Global restrictions/cancellations on flight travel and the prioritising of the delivery of essential products continue to cause shipping delays. Furthermore, the continued lockdowns in both NSW and Victoria have resulted in a record number of parcels being shipped, which has put a strain on Auspost delivery network in those states and also across the nation.

While most of our orders arrive within the specified delivery timeframes, there might be minor delays of up to 5 business days on top of normal shipping time frames. Our logistics partners, including Aus Post, are trying their best to move items as quickly as possible.

Please also be aware that there might be some delays at customs due to increased clearance levels and additional security measures. 

Your patience and understanding during this time is most appreciated.
