COVID-19 & Delivery Timeframes
A message for our current and future Tymber Gear Customers.
As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, disruptions to delivery channels will occur.
As per our shipping policy, the majority of our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment centres in Asia while some are fulfilled in Australia based on stock levels. Our fulfillment centres are completely operational and the processing times of orders on the whole have not been impacted.
Global restrictions/cancellations on flight travel and the availability of flights for the movement of trade and physical products continue to be impacted, which means there could be delays to the delivery of your order. Most delays are minor at present, and in most cases the delays are between 5-10 business days on top of normal shipping time frames. Our logistics partners, including Aus Post, are trying their best to move items as quickly as possible. Product pages that have a 'Local Stock' message will not be impacted by the above delays.
Please also be aware that there might be some delays at customs due to increased clearance levels and additional security measures.
