Product Warranty Policy

Most of our products have a 1 year manufacturers warranty. In the unlikely event of your product developing a fault or issue we will provide a replacement or repair the item. If the product is unable to be repaired, a replacement will be sourced. If the item is no longer available, store credit equal to the amount you paid for the item will be provided. 

How to lodge a warranty claim

Please email support@tymbergear.com with the following information

1. Your name

2. Order number

3. Describe the fault/warranty issue with the product. Please provide as much detail as possible.

4. Pictures of the item indicating the issues.

After receiving your email, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

You will need to pay for the return shipping. Once we have received the returned product we will check it and email you to let you know if the warranty claim has been approved. 

Please note: Normal wear and tear does not fall under our warranty policy. Your warranty claim maybe rejected if it is deemed to be normal wear and tear. If this is the case, you will be required to pay for the shipping to return the product to you. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds & Exchanges (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within at least 15 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
